Indian River

We created "The Island Tour", for persons who want to get an overview of the island in one day.
From Roseau travel along the west coast, passing through many coastal villages to Portsmouth Dominica's second largest town.

In Portsmouth take a row boat trip up the Indian River, then visit the cabrits National Park for a taste of local history.



From the Cabrits, travel in a north easterly direction at times passing very close to the rugged and picturesque Atlantic Coast.



Villages along this drive are Borne, Anse du Mai, Calibishie, Woodford Hill, Wesley and Marigot.

Also included is the Carib Indina village and the Emerald Pool which is located in the rain forest of the Morne Trois Piton National Park.

After the Emerald Pool, return to roseau via the Antrim Valley.
